A lunch or a dinner will follow and it will consist of a pizza prepared by the professional pizza maker, in addition to the pizza you made yourself. Starters included (mixed and traditional "bruschette" or other local products) water and soft drinks.
At the beginning of the lesson, you will be equipped with notebook and pen and with the personalised apron of the restaurant. At the end of the lesson you will get your certificate of attendance signed by the Chef.
