DAY 1. Arrival at Catania airport. Accommodation in Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Catania.
DAY 2. Natural lakes and marshes between Syracuse and Catania. Breakfast. Itinerant excursion in the Natural Reserve "Oasis of Simeto River",at the wetlands at the mouth of the largest river in Sicily. Packed lunch. Transfer to Lentini and visit of "Biviere of Lentini”, one of the largest natural wetlands of Sicily, of great ornithological interest. Dinner and overnight stay in the surroundings of Catania.
DAY 3.  The old salt pans in Syracuse. Breakfast. Transfer to Syracuse and along the way, stop and visit of the Natural Reserve of "The Salt Pans of Priolo", an example of natural life in the middle of an industrial area. Visit of the “The Salt Pans of Syracuse”, one of the largest natural wetlands of Sicily, of great ornithological interest. Dinner and overnight stay in Syracuse.
DAY 4. The coastal marshes in the south of Sicily. Breakfast. Departure for Vendicari Nature Reserve, important wetland of Sicily, among ancient salt pans, marshes and sandy coast. Packed lunch. Transfer and visit of the Coastal Marshes of Pachino, an important coastal wetland. Packed lunch. Dinner and overnight stay in Syracuse.
DAY 5.  The Biviere of Gela. Breakfast and departure, along the Mediterranean coast, to Gela. Visit of the Reserve Biviere of Gela, another natural lake in the route of many migratory birds. Packed lunch. Dinner and overnight stay in Gela.
DAY 6.  The wetlands of Agrigento. Breakfast. Transfer to the Province of Agrigento and visit with a stop at Lake Gorgo Montallegro,a small wildlife oasis located on the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea. A little further, visit of “the natural reserve "Mouth of the River Platani”, a wetland in one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Sicily. Packed lunch. Transfer and visit of the Oasis of “Orange Lake”. Dinner and overnight stay in Castelvetrano (Trapani).
DAY 7. The marshes and salt pans in Trapani. Breakfast. Transfer to Marsala' s pond, a large natural lagoon with small islands. Boarding and visit of the Long Island, a wildlife paradise in an ancient salt. Packed lunch. Transfer and visit to the wetlands of Mazzara del Vallo, wetlands of Mazzara del Vallo. Dinner and overnight stay in Castelvetrano.
DAY 8. Breakfast. Transfer to the airport.

Weekly tour: 7 nights / 8 days.
Style of Accommodation: 3 stars superior Hotel, B&B in the islands. This tour is operated only with a Driver-Guide up to 8 people. From 9 to 16 people, a second minibus with a driver is combined.

Participants are aware of the risks that can be associated with the participation in the activity and are asked to sign a disclaimer of liability (on site) as a necessary condition for taking part in the tour.
The tour can be modified or cancelled following the unappealable decision of the organizer barring exceptional circumstances such as: bad weather conditions, alteration of the state of roads, rock-falls, landslides, flooding on a part or on the total area of the paths, bad medical conditions of one or more participants, unfavourable volcanic conditions. In the above-mentioned cases, the organizer does not refund the Clients owing to partial or total changes to the services. Clients will be able to arrange a new excursion date directly with the organizer without additional charges.

In the case of withdrawal before 24h or on the day of the event the amount paid will not be reimbursed. In the case of withdrawal before 48h, will be reimbursed just 60% of the amount paid.
