For you, sea lovers who want to challenge the sea waves, Sicilying offers a  Surfing Course, which will be held at the sandy coast of the island: the so-called "Playa di Catania".

The course is divided into 4 days: 1 lesson per day. Each lesson will last about 90 minutes. 
Imagine the scenario: a golden beach, crystal clear water, Mount Etna overlooking the bay and the city at its foot. 

The location is part of the Beach Club "Le Capannine": one of the most trendy bathing facilities of the coast. Free entrance to the beach club is included in the course. 

All inclusive package: we will provide all the equipment you need (board, wetsuit, lycra-suit). The first lesson will be at 11:00 am. 
Times and days of the next two lessons will be arranged directly with the instructor to suit your needs.

4 surf lessons, 90 minutes each with a federal I.S.A. (International Surfing Association) instructor, with federal FIN (Italian Swimming Federation) license or with an equivalent instructor.

In order to participate to the course, a registration to the sport association organising the class is necessary. The registration fee is 15€ (to be payed on the spot). The enrolment lasts 12 months and guarantees the insurance coverage and access to all of the services offered by FISW for its entire duration.

Beach Club Lido "Le Capannine", located in Viale Presidente Kennedy 93, Playa di Catania.
During the Summer you may reach the Lido by Bus (D line).

An advance payment of 20% of the total amount is required for the reservation. The balance is due in cash upon arrival.

The first lesson starts at 11 am. Schedules and dates of the following two lessons will be planned together with the instructor. You are allowed to take more than 2 lessons a day, but this must be arranged according to the instructor’s availability. We guarantee that the course will end within 4 days from the first lesson.
By adverse weather or sea conditions, surfing lessons might be suspended or canceled following the unappealable decision of the instructor. In that case you will be able to arrange a new date/time for your lesson or to replace the sport activity you chose by another one among: windsurf or other possibilities.

The deposit paid upon booking is not refundable under any circumstances. Withdrawal allowed up to 48 hours before the service begins.
