Explore on horseback the Syracuse countryside. Your guide, with over 45 years of experience as a horse breeder and instructor, will make you feel at ease whatever your riding level. Indeed the tour is also suitable for those with no horseriding experience.

Your guide will show you the basic techniques for riding on horseback, and you will go on a trip around the nearby mountains, crossing the reknowned Golf Resort "I Monasteri". Here the beautiful little lakes make the surroundings even more charming.

You can book a tour for 1, 2 or 3 hours. To bring the day to a close the best way it can, you can also have lunch with the instructor, selecting this option as an extra at the time of booking. The lunch will take place at the riding stables, where you will taste traditional dishes from the Syracuse province (first course, second course of meat, side dish, fruit, sweet, alcholic drink and non-alcoholic drink.

At the stables, and freely at your disposal, is a play park, ping-pong table and swimming pool.

The equestrian centre "Centro Ippico Don Santino" is in Contrada Monasteri di Sotto, Siracusa.

Coming from Syracuse, take the SP 12 in the direction Floridia, take the first street (Strada Diego) on the left after the prison. After 20 metres you will see a sign reading Strada Diego on the left, do not turn into this. Go on on the road turning right. Continue straight for 3 kilometres. The road becomes narrow and bumpy. On your right you will see the equestrian centre.

To make a reservation a prepayment of 20% of the total is required. The outstanding balance must be paid in cash on the day.

In the case of adverse weather conditions which do not allow for the carrying out of the tour, you will be able to arrange another date directly with the organiser. If another date is not possible, you will be reimbursed the amount already paid.
