You will be involved in a suggestive night-time walk across Etna’s Park. You will be on board of a Jeep at your exclusive use, with an expert guide/driver.
You have 3 options: you may choose to participate to the Sunrise Excursion, may be you prefer the Sunset Excursion or...you are so excited that you do not want to miss anything? You will choose to do both the same day for a full Etna immersion!
Sunrise on Etna: you will depart night-time, by Jeep and you will reach Etna’s slopes; then you will continue on foot with torches light.You will reach one of the most beautiful panoramic points and you will stop here waiting for the sunrise. Coming back to the Jeep, you will have the chance to see the luxuriant vegetation and rocks formations of Etna’s Volcano, in the light of the sun.
Sunset on Etna: departure in the afternoon by Jeep to reach the ideal point to see the sunset, after a short trekking path. You will come back to the Jeep on paths enlightened by your torches.
Pick-up: included from your residence in Catania, Acireale, Giarre.

Sunrise Time: departure at 5:00 am and return at about 9:00 am.
Sunset Time: departure at 6:30 pm and return at about 10:30 pm. Departure time may change depending from the season: during the spring it may be anticipated at 5:00 pm.

Guided tour by Jeep and night-time trekking on Etna. Stop to see the sunset or the sunrise.Jeep Type: Land Rover with air conditioning, each Jeep may carry up to 6 people. Free Pick up from Catania, Acireale, Giarre.

You should wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes (hiking boots or tennis) as it is not allowed to join in with the ponds with open shoes.

We provide a free pick-up service in the municipalities of Catania, Acireale, Giarre.

It is required an advanced payment amounting to 15% of the total price. Balance shall be paid on site.

In case of very bad weather, you can arrange a new date consistent with your availability.

The deposit paid upon booking is not refundable under any circumstances. Withdrawal allowed up to 48 hours before the service begins.
