You will deal with a cooking full-immersion class and you will cook surrounded by the amazing landscape of Monreale's countryside. You can learn the most important aspects of the Sicilian food and wine tradition. Try a traditional Sicilian cooking class that will lead you to prepare a full menu: from the starters to the dessert. All the recipes will can change according to the period, in order to offer always fresh seasonal products. At end of the cooking class you will taste all the dishes that you made coupled with a glass of wines.
Duration: The cooking lesson will start at 10:00 and will finish at 13:30. The class starts with the explanation of the dishes and the clarification of its history, then you will start to prepare and cook the dishes. At the end of the lesson (13:30) you will taste the typical sicilian menu you have just prepared.
Cooking lesson, lunch with all the dishes prepared during the cooking class and a glass of wine.

The place where the cooking class will take part is Sirignano Wine Resort. It is located in Contrada Sirignano, Monreale (PA). Motorway A29 Palermo Mazara del Vallo - exit Gallitello.
It is required the advanced payment of the total price to reserve the service.
Withdrawal is allowed up to 48 hours before the fruition of the service. The penality consist in paying the total amount of the price.
