A Sicilian cooking class in Messina to learn the traditional sicilian fish recipes.

You can choose one of the following lessons.
- Fish First Courses: together with the chef, you will prepare some dishes like rice, pasta, seafood ravioli and much more. A special focus will be granted to the preparation of a fish soup (in Italian is "fumetto di pesce") that, is considered to be a fundamental ingredient to prepare most of our fish recipes.
- Fish Main Courses: learn the technique of filleting and how to cook a perfect fish main course. Four delicious recipes will be prepared and refined.

Duration: about 3 hours

Fish Cooking Class. Each participant will be equipped with apron to be used during the lesson and recipe book. At the end of the course each participant will get his certificate of attendance.
