Outdoors, in the village of Sant'Alessio Siculo, just a few steps from the sea of Taormina, you will learn all the secrets needed to prepare the perfect pizza! You will learn about the various types of dough, the leavening, the toppings and the method for cooking pizza perfectly in the oven.
It will be you, with the chef, that will top the pizza. And after the cooking class comes the most exciting, and for some, most awaited bit!
You will taste your pizza and you will be offered an appetizer and a dessert. Also included is a local wine or beer.
If you wish, you can request a pick-up service from the local towns situated between Giardini Naxos and Taormina.
