This is an active walking tourthrough its Arab-Norman itinerary, which has recently been added to UNESCO's list of World Heritage Sites.

Your guide will take you on a discovery of the historical centre of Palermo, showing you some of the artistic and cultural beauties of the Arab and Norman periods.

We start from the Cathedral of Palermo, a World Heritage Site according to the recent UNESCO classification. We will have a coffee break along the "Cassaro" to taste some of the Sicilian confectionery specialties such as cassata and cannolo. We will then proceed to "Quattro Canti" to get to the splendid Pretoria or Della Vergogna fountain so named due to the fact that all the statues are represented nude. In the same area our tour will introduce you to the churches of the Martorana and San Cataldo with its famous domes.

In the case of adverse weather conditions which do not allow for the carrying out of the tour, you will be able to arrange another date directly with the organiser. If another date is not possible, you will be reimbursed the amount already paid.

Withdrawal allowed up until 2 days before the service and in this case you will be reimbursed the 80%. For cancellations made less than 48h prior the event you will be charged 100%.
