You will be welcomed at Nanfro Cellar, where you will be guided through the tasting of 3 organic wines of our production coupled with traditional appetizers.

You can choose between two kinds of tasting experiences:
Simple Wine tasting: 3 wines, traditional bread from Caltagirone (baked in wood stove) and farmhouse cheese;
Deluxe Wine Tasting: 3 wines, rich traditional starter and fresh fruit in season.
Our selected wines are: Nero d’Avola Vittoria DOC “Strade”, Bianco IGT Sicilia Insolia “Strade”, “Frappato” IGT Sicilia.
The farm is just 4km away from Caltagirone, a historic city of art famous for its ceramics that has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Caltagirone boasts more than 2000 years of history related to wine-making.

Deluxe Wine tasting: 3 wines, rich traditional starter (bread homemade tipic from Caltagirone cooked in a wood oven, bruschette with tomato and fresh cheese, olives homemade, homemade cheese, and seasons appetizers like roasted eggplant, peppers, caponata, vegetables from factory….), and fresh fruit in season, water.

The wine cellar is located in Contrada Nanfro km 4, Caltagirone (Catania).

It is required an advanced payment of the entire amount.

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before activities. For cancellation before this time, we will refund the 80% of the total price. For cancellation within 48 hours before activities the total price will be charged.
